Mamina pita

Sastojci za kore:

  • 370 ml mlake vode
  • 580 grama brasna
  • 1 kafena kasicica kvasca
  • Malo soli

Zamese se kore i podele na 3 dela, premazu se uljem i ostave da stoje pola sata.

 

Sastojci za fil:

  • 400 grama sira grude
  • 150 grama margarina
  • 2 jajeta
  • Mleko
  • So

 

Margarin se otopi, dodaju se jaja i mleko da se dobije sto redji fil. Kore se razvlace pa posipaju filom i poprskaju uljem, a zatim uviju u rolne i peku.
