Punjene lignje

Vreme pripreme 45 minuta.

 

Potrebno je (za 4 osobe):

  • 1 kg lignji
  • Glavica crnog luka
  • 3 cena belog luka
  • Veza lista persuna
  • 2-3 kasike belog vina
  • 4 kasike kuvanog pirinca
  • 2 jajeta
  • Ulje, biber i so

 

Lignje ocistite, odstranite glavu s pipcima i sameljite. Luk iseckajte i proprzite na ulju, pa kad postane staklast dodajte mlevene lignje i zajedno proprzite. Sklonite s vatre, dodajte pirinac, iseckan beli luk, so, biber, iseckan persun, jaja i vina koliko je potrebno da se nadev lepo poveze. Pripremljene lignje napunite nadevom (nemojte prepuniti) i otvore zatvorite cackalicama, pa ih isprzite na ulju. Jos malo ih pirjanite dolivajuci belo vino.
